Your New Role
As a Retrofit Sales Professional, you will be based in Rifle, CO, serving customers throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, from Aspen to Rifle. You’ll:
- Communicate directly with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Attend job walks, define project scopes, and prepare accurate pricing
- Create detailed proposals and present them confidently to clients
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and learn new software tools as needed
- Keep project files and communications organized and up-to-date
- Collaborate with coworkers and clients to ensure project success

Job requirements
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Respectful, honest, and team-oriented attitude
