Your New Role
We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Rifle, CO. In this role, you'll:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Handle full installations in luxury homes, from start to finish.
- Perform system start-ups and optimize performance.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and crew to deliver five-star service.
- Read and interpret blueprints and ensure everything is installed precisely.

Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with HVAC systems, including boiler installation, wiring, or similar work.
- Confident in diagnosing and installing MEP and HVAC systems.
- Committed to doing quality work with a professional attitude.
- Certifications are not required. We value hands-on experience most.
- Retrofit project experience is a plus.
- Completion of a Personametrics Test is required.
