Responsibilities

• Process customer orders: Commercial print, promotional products, apparel.
• Utilize various software programs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Excellent transcription abilities with a focus on speed and precision.
• Previous experience with print and promotional products preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows.
• Basic math skills for order entry and calculations.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
