Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ, for a Focus Factory Manager at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company. The Focus Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, planning, and quality control. Responsibilities also include managing manufacturing operations and ensuring operational efficiency, as well as supervising staff and ensuring safety protocols are followed within the factory.
