Role Description The PAC SAS PLUMBING SSM role at Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home is a full-time, on-site position based in Burbank, CA. This role is responsible for supporting plumbing product sales and service, including advising customers on plumbing solutions, fixtures, and related components. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in the showroom, answering technical questions about plumbing systems and pipes, coordinating installation or service requests, and ensuring that maintenance and repair needs are accurately communicated to service teams. The role also involves maintaining product displays, staying up to date on brand offerings and specifications, and collaborating with sales and service staff to provide a positive, efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures, including Plumbing and Pipe expertise.
- Experience with PREMIUM and custom decorative plumbing in kitchen and bath.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work on-site in a showroom environment, including occasional physical tasks such as moving or inspecting products.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing product information, service requests, and documentation.
- Previous experience in decorative plumbing, home improvement retail, or a related trade is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade certifications in plumbing are a plus.
