Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Packing Associates who can start immediately to help prepare customer orders for shipment at our Hartford location. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products securely according to company standards
- Label and prepare shipments for delivery
- Inspect products for quality and order accuracy
- Organize packing materials and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous packing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
