What the Role Involves
We are seeking a Sales Representative to grow our short‑term rental inventory by selling our property management services to homeowners within assigned markets.
This is a high‑velocity sales role requiring consistent performance against monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Responsibilities include:
- Researching competitors and local regulations within assigned markets
- Developing and maintaining referral relationships with real estate agents and industry partners
- Prospecting through cold calling, outreach campaigns, and inbound lead follow‑up
- Drafting customized proposals and correspondence for prospective clients
- Managing leads and opportunities systematically within the CRM
- Scheduling and conducting homeowner consultations and presentations
- Collaborating with leadership to review pipelines, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Taking a consultative approach to build long‑term homeowner relationships
- Balancing base salary and commission objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Partnering cross‑departmentally to support portfolio growth and owner success
- Working closely with local Operations and Support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing owner experience
- Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of company services, contracts, and policies
- Consistently documenting all sales activities and progress within the CRM
- Managing a high volume of networking, outreach, and lead activity across multiple sales stages
- Participating in weekly one‑on‑one meetings and departmental updates
