We are seeking a Financial Analyst I to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational analysis across PRS and its affiliated organizations. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, schedules, and analyses to support management decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics for assigned communities and business units.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through data gathering, schedule preparation, and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports that provide visibility into financial and operational results.
- Support market research, feasibility studies, and pricing analysis for community operations and development projects.
- Prepare regulatory and compliance reporting, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other required filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support treasury activities including cash tracking and financial documentation.
- Participate in audits, system upgrades, testing, process improvements, and other special projects.
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
