The ideal candidate will have a college degree and one year of experience or 3 years of experience in outside sales, real estate sales, property management, multi-housing leasing, senior living leasing, or retail management. Responsibilities include managing the property's Local Leasing program to meet ownership objectives, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting strict timelines. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in Excel, managing budgets and projections, and have a solid understanding of office tools.
