At Pacific Reign, we pride ourselves on coaching athletes in a positive, supportive, and motivating environment where excellence is celebrated and teamwork is essential.
We are looking for an energetic Xcel Gymnastics Coach to join our team and help our athletes develop both their skills and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Coach athletes in the Xcel program (Bronze–Diamond, or appropriate levels based on experience)
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that follow the Pacific Reign coaching philosophy
- Spot and assist athletes safely during skill progressions
- Provide constructive feedback that motivates and inspires athletes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training space
- Communicate regularly with directors, other coaches, and parents regarding athlete progress
- Support team culture by assisting at meets, clinics, and events
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency throughout the season to ensure athletes receive dependable coaching and support
Qualifications:
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience (Xcel experience preferred)
- Knowledge of USAG Xcel program rules and skill progressions
- Strong spotting skills for relevant levels
- Positive, professional, and reliable
