PT Aide/Tech

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our outpatient medical and physical therapy practice in the area of Baltimore, MD.

This is an ideal role for someone who:

• Loves talking to people and helping people feel welcome
• Takes initiative and has a willingness to learn
• Enjoys interacting with diverse groups of people
• Has excellent communication skills and an upbeat personality
• Has experience working with patients in a medical setting
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• This is a float position, some days at our Cherry Hill location and some days at St. Agnes. Must own a vehicle for transportation to and from the clinic locations.

Job Description:

• Assist clinicians with set up of patient exercises
• Monitor treatment under direct supervision of licensed PT
• Set up patients with hot/cold packs and other physical therapy equipment
• Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis
• Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards
• Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort
• Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff
