Inside Sales Specialist - Power Generation - Ridgefield, WA

What You'll Do
Provide top-notch customer support, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
Assist customers with technical questions related to power generation products and services.
Build out quotes, process orders, and manage contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
What We're Looking For
Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude - understanding of power generation is a plus!
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Experience in sales, customer support, or a related technical role is a plus.
