Role Description The Parts Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgrade, MT. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the counter and over the phone with identifying, sourcing, and selling plumbing parts and related products. Day-to-day tasks include providing product information and recommendations, processing orders and returns, and ensuring accurate pricing and documentation. The role also involves maintaining stock levels in the parts area, supporting inventory counts, organizing displays, and coordinating with the warehouse team for timely fulfillment. - Inventory control skills, including basic stock management, order tracking, and attention to product accuracy and organization.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
