What You'll Do

As a Drain Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential drainage systems while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform sewer and drain cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for residential customers
• Diagnose drainage issues and identify effective solutions using your mechanical and troubleshooting expertise
• Read blueprints and schematics to locate and evaluate drainage systems
• Assemble, install, and repair drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Safely operate drain cleaning equipment, including trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes
• Measure, cut, thread, and seal pipe to ensure proper installation and reliable performance
• Work collaboratively with team members on remodeling and drainage-related projects
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally

What You Bring

We're looking for motivated professionals who combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sewer and drain cleaning and repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
• Experience with pipe threading, fitting, and sealing techniques
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening (marijuana permitted)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
