What You'll Do
As a Drain Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential drainage systems while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform sewer and drain cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for residential customers
- Diagnose drainage issues and identify effective solutions using your mechanical and troubleshooting expertise
- Read blueprints and schematics to locate and evaluate drainage systems
- Assemble, install, and repair drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Safely operate drain cleaning equipment, including trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes
- Measure, cut, thread, and seal pipe to ensure proper installation and reliable performance
- Work collaboratively with team members on remodeling and drainage-related projects
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally
What You Bring
We're looking for motivated professionals who combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sewer and drain cleaning and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
- Experience with pipe threading, fitting, and sealing techniques
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening (marijuana permitted)
