Location: Woodinville, WA
Pacific Pine Landscape is seeking a dependable, motivated Landscape Construction Technician to join our growing team.
We are a design/build landscape company focused on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and building outdoor spaces that are both functional and lasting.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
- Job Type: Full-time, year-round.
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday / 7:00am-5:30pm
- Occasional overtime as needed
Position Summary
The Landscape Construction Technician is vital to our residential projects, supporting daily production and maintaining high job-site standards to deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
This role is designed for a proactive professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and seeks advancement in a growing company.
Role & RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Install hardscapes (patios, walls, fencing) and irrigation systems
- Execute site prep, grading, drainage, and planting
- Manage excavation, layout, and final site detailing
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and equipment
- Oversee daily photo documentation and timekeeping
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in landscape or hardscape construction and excavation
- Familiarity with elevations, grading, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation, consistent attendance, and a valid driver's license
- Dedication to meticulous precision and exceptional client relations
- Possess a robust work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, positive mindset
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
