JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. Must have at least 3-5 years of professional experience. You must be a fast learner and able to work fast in a production environment. Should have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing skills a plus. Coding skills a plus. Organizational and social media skills a plus. Must have a portfolio link to qualify.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates with different departments to establish goals and determine effective marketing campaigns and strategies
- Monitors marketing trends and company social media accounts
- Maintains marketing content such as ad copy or social media posts
- Work with multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables of the Marketing Department.
- Maintain organized file structures and documentation for efficient project management and version control.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence in the final deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Misc. duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role is typically required.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Organization: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
