Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in McMinnville, OR for a Tool & Die/Mold Maker. The Tool
& Die/Mold Maker will work with HAAS CNC machinery. Participate in design, program, build,
inspect and repair molds and fixtures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tool Maker, Mold Maker, or Die Maker with 5 years’
experience, and excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, dial
indicators, and gauges
Experience in assembly, adjustment, and repair of injection molds & fixtures.
Experience in setting up, and operating CNC machines.
Ability to create or edit CNC programs using solid modeling CAM software.
Ability to visualize & develop all operations to manufacture components from solid
models.
Excellent mechanical aptitude, visualization, and manual dexterity skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams.
Must be willing to adapt to existing and develop new manufacturing practices.

Setup and Operate CNC machines, machining components to meet design
specifications
Mold assembly and fitting of components using CNC equipment
Rate: $30.00 - $50.00/hr. DOE
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
