What You’ll Do
As a Treatment Coordinator, you are the bridge between diagnosis and treatment. You will:
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Review insurance benefits and financial options
- Answer patient questions and address concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and the administrative team
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-through on all cases
- Help drive case acceptance and maintain a smooth patient experience
