Position
Our fast-paced sales office is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team.

Essential Job Duties
- Understand our products and provide the best technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage, coach, and develop a growing sales team.
- Coach sales representatives and help them reach their full potential.
- Establish and maintain performance standards and sales goals for the team.
- Manage branch P&L and overall profitability.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable for the branch.
- Lead and manage the hiring process for sales positions.
- Partner with operations and administrative teams to ensure branch needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Drive branch sales growth and overall business development.
- Proven ability to succeed as both a sales professional and leader in a quota-driven environment.
- Experience managing an outside sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–6 years of professional sales management experience.
- Previous sales experience in the copier, office technology, or printing industry strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
