We’re seeking an experienced Watchguard/Aruba Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR or Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for implementing and troubleshooting customer network infrastructure, often as part of our Unified Communications solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong customer service and team collaboration skills.

We’re seeking an experienced Watchguard/Aruba Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR or Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for implementing and troubleshooting customer network infrastructure, often as part of our Unified Communications solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong customer service and team collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to design tailored network solutions
- Implement and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Perform site surveys, create proof-of-concept environments, and support virtual labs
- Maintain internal network infrastructure
- Document post-installation work and manage service tickets
- Travel occasionally within the West Coast
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to travel regionally
- Experience installing and supporting routers, switches, and firewalls
- Understanding of low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Proficiency with protocols and tools (LLDP/CDP, VLANs, QoS, SIP trunking, VPNs, Wireshark)
- Experience with Watchguard required
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- 3 years in a similar networking role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with SonicWall, Fortinet, Ruckus, Aruba, Adtran, or Palo Alto
- Network security certifications (CCSP, CISSP)
- Knowledge of Next-Gen/UTM firewall technologies
