This role includes performing routine maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that facility supplies are fully stocked. Essential Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, basic plumbing).
- Monitor and maintain inventory of essential supplies (e.g., coffee, first aid, cleaning materials).
- Communicate with and coordinate vendors for supply deliveries and service needs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address facility issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas.
- Keep maintenance logs and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and report larger issues to management.
