Position

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping resolve requests and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and questions by phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
• Assist with invoices, statements, contracts, account updates, and other customer requests.
• Manage and resolve customer and internal support tickets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Service, and Billing teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes.
• Identify issues that require additional support and escalate appropriately.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure they are resolved.
• Provide professional, timely, and service-focused communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, office experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to learn new software and business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
• Reliable, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
