Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
- Collect co-pays, handle billing, and process payments
- Maintain patient charts and update records accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
