## Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Register patients accurately and efficiently
- Ability to travel to Sequim as needed
## Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience with medical software such as Nextech, & Nextgen
- Knowledge of ophthalmology terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with clinic or medical operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
