(Can be part time during school and full time this summer) Motorcycle Porter Pacific Northwest Motorcycles is a family/veteran owned and operated Motorcycle dealership in Ferndale, WA. Our motto… We sell adventure! We are in search of the entry-level position of Porter, Driver and Service/Technician’s assistant. Tattoos are welcome – attitudes are not. While experience is not necessary, a desire to grow with the industry is. We prefer to promote from within. For the right candidate who shows initiative, a future role in service, maintenance, sales or finance is a definite possibility. Our ideal candidate loves motorcycles, rides motorcycles and has some experience working on them, even if you only change your own oil. Job Type: Full-time Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Greeting customers • Moving Vehicles Daily • Using computers and our Dealer Management System • Aid all technicians - If mechanically inclined, may include minor maintenance under supervision • High degree of physical activity at times • Detail and prep customer and shop motorcycles • Secure and transport motorcycles via trailer in a safe manner • Assist service reps and technicians when needed • Assist with additional tasks in multiple areas of the building • 40 hours per week Desired Candidate: • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Team oriented • Powersports experience is a plus, but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate • Valid driver’s license • Valid Motorcycle Endorsement • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
