Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
Join our team as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations. This energetic position combines route driving with hands-on warehouse tasks. You will be responsible for delivering products safely to customers, managing warehouse inventory, and supporting overall logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual & automatic transmissions to deliver products to various locations following designated routes.
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling.
• Provide customer service by ensuring timely deliveries, answering customer questions, and maintaining positive interactions.
• Verify delivery addresses, complete delivery documentation accurately, and obtain signatures when required.
• Assist in warehouse organization by moving inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met.
• Support route planning and driving logistics to optimize delivery efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and best practices for load & unload operations.
• Ability to follow detailed routes and schedules accurately.
• Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
