Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Small Cell Construction Manager to lead and manage civil and RF crews for our Small Cell Division projects for our Nevada office location. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Construction, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to ensure, quality, safety, and efficiency in all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Create and manage detailed crew schedules to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery.
- Hold field crews accountable for safety, performance, quality, and adherence to project scope.
- Ensure all construction activities meet local jurisdictional requirements, permitting conditions, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee and support directional drilling operations, including bore planning, utility locates, and safe drilling practices.
- Manage conduit placement, trenching, and vault installations in accordance with engineering and construction standards.
- Supervise caisson installations to ensure structural integrity and compliance with geotechnical and design requirements.
- Coordinate construction activities in the public Right-of-Way (ROW), including traffic control setup and site restoration.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with utility requirements, and coordinate with utility providers to resolve conflicts.
- Oversee restoration activities such as paving, concrete, and landscaping to meet or exceed pre-construction conditions.
- Direct light pole installations and electrical wiring, ensuring grounding, code compliance, and power connectivity.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of carrier RF equipment (radios, antennas, power systems).
- Maintain accurate daily logs and reports documenting crew activity, progress, safety, and job site conditions.
- Track, manage, and safeguard company and client assets, including tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
- Conduct and lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Review, update, and redline construction drawings to reflect field changes and as-built conditions.
- Interpret and execute projects based on RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheets) and Construction Drawings (CDs).
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client quality standards.
- Operate company vehicles, trailers, and hauling equipment safely and in accordance with DOT and company guidelines.
- Load, transport, and delivery of company or client equipment, materials, and other assets as needed.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet project standards, schedules, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to communicate site status, challenges, and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel for job assignments as required.
- Physical capability to lift and manipulate items weighing 50 lbs.
- Comfortable and experiences with elevated work.
- Comfortable and physically capable to operate Company vehicles, heavy equipment and tools.
- Comfort and proficiency in working from ladders and elevated positions safely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer programs, including email, Adobe, and Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to overcome construction challenges.
- Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record or limited record acceptible to Company's insurance provider.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, regulations, instruction manuals, blueprints, and specifications.

Physical Requirements:
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climbs stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, hear verbal calls and signals, and move and/or carries equipment which may be more than 50 pounds, occasionally operate construction equipment.
- Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 (DOE)
