What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/ Loan Processor position at PACIFIC MORTGAGE AND REALTY COMPANY?
We are a family owned full service Mortgage and Real Estate office. We are looking for an office assistant/ loan processor assistant who can help with the everyday task. Job responsibilities include but not limited to; Answering phone calls, operating copy and fax machine, organizing loan and real estate files and managing an email account.
You will work closely with our senior loan processor and loan officers, both of whom will provide on the job training. Must be computer literate.. Knowledge in real estate would be great but not required. Bilingual preferred.
No experience necessary.
