Due to our not-for-profit status, we can reinvest savings back into operations of the health plan, creating more support and healthier outcomes for beneficiaries.** The USFHP Inside Sales Representative supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing direct sales functions for US Family Health Plan. Duties include but are not limited to: providing direct sales and prospective member education, by answering questions and clarifying plan features, to military beneficiaries regarding US Family Health Plan benefits via inbound telephone and email inquiries. This position also involves initiating follow-up activities through out bound calling using the contact management system, initiating service recovery techniques, assisting with event planning and coordination, providing feedback on the response to marketing initiatives, information packet fulfillment processing, inventory tracking and ordering. Telephone sales/marketing or high volume customer service experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
