What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance position at Pacific Marine Partners, LLC?
Aloha, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and responsible person who can do light maintenance and repair, and assist customers with basic inquiries competently when asked.
Must have a valid drivers license, at least 1yr of experience of construction or related hands on field work, solutions oriented, and be able to communicate with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- maintaining the general common areas
- ability to regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- inspecting the facility for any hazards
- ability to work independently and troubleshoot and perform repairs
- ability to work with hand and power tools
- speaking to customers with clear and caring communication
Starting at $25-30/hr with room for growth depending on performance/experience.
Work schedule: full time, 5 days per week - 8 hours per day (some weekends included).
