Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound phone calls, preparing sales quotes, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable with technology, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide knowledgeable, courteous assistance.
- Prepare and send accurate sales quotes based on customer inquiries.
- Enter sales orders into our order management system efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure order fulfillment.
- Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or order entry is a plus.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and retain product knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
