As an AT&T Wireless Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of customer acquisition efforts, helping customers discover the benefits of AT&T's wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions. AT&T Wireless Assistant Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T’s products and services through face-to-face sales engagement and brand representation to customers in Orange County and surrounding areas in California.
- Present and promote AT&T products, services, and promotional offers
- Look for ways to recommend what the customer needs and cross sell or upsell services.
- Complete the sales and service enrollment process from start to finish accurately
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through strategies and market research
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and account information accurately
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions
AT&T Wireless Assistant Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, hospitality, marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Prior AT&T Wireless Assistant experience is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self motivated and a desire to achieve sales goals
- Comfortable initiating engagement with customers
Pay: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
Work Location: In person
