Base Pay Range
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

- This role follows a flexible in-office schedule, requiring four days a week on-site. We believe in empowering our employees to do their best work both in and out of the office.
How You'll Help Move Us Forward
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of 4-5 FTEs consisting of System Analysts and Application Developers responsible for implementing Life Insurance products on the Navigator Illustration platform.
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, managing performance, and supporting professional growth.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to align activities and deliver results.
- Lead complex project initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and business objectives.
- Drive execution excellence through effective prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and technology modernization efforts.
- Build team capabilities through succession planning, mentorship, and talent pipeline development to ensure continuity in key roles.
- Champion process improvements and best practices to increase team efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance organizational capabilities.
- 8 years of experience in project delivery, team leadership, or technical program management
- 8 years of experience in Life insurance with expertise in permanent products (IUL, VUL, UL)
- 5 years of experience in application development within a structured SDLC framework (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and align execution with enterprise priorities
- Track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- BS or higher education
- Experience with complex systems and technology modernization initiatives
- Experience with life insurance illustration platforms or systems
