As part of this effort, the organization is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its high-volume operations in the Baltimore market. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for overseeing a complex business with multiple layers of leadership, and accountability for operational performance, customer experience, talent development, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple levels of leadership within a fast-paced operation
• Drive daily business performance with a focus on customer experience, operational excellence, sales, staffing, and profitability
• Lead through managers and supervisors to build accountability, engagement, and strong team culture
• Establish clear goals and performance expectations while coaching and developing future leaders
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics related to sales, labor, customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance
• Ensure execution of company initiatives, operational standards, and service expectations
• Partner with regional leadership to support strategic priorities and operational improvement efforts
• Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and community stakeholders
• Create an environment focused on teamwork, development, recognition, and continuous improvement
• Act as the senior leader for the operation, ensuring sustainable performance and long-term team success
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5 years of leadership experience within a high-volume customer-facing environment
• Proven experience leading teams within a fast-paced operation
• Demonstrated ability to lead through managers and develop future leaders
• Strong track record of driving operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Experience working in highly metrics-driven environments
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Demonstrated ability to create accountability while maintaining an engaging and positive culture
• Backgrounds from restaurant, quick-service, grocery, retail, hospitality, foodservice, or other high-volume service environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
