About the Role
Pacific International is partnered with a global leader in the food manufacturing industry, known for innovation, quality, and continuous growth. We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Supervisor to join a fast-paced, high-performing team at one of the company’s key production facilities.
As an FSQA Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role in ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality across all manufacturing operations. You’ll oversee daily quality activities, guide a team of FSQA professionals, and collaborate closely with production and operations leaders to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily FSQA operations to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor quality technicians and inspectors to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor quality metrics, perform audits, and manage corrective and preventive action programs.
- Partner with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality or safety issues.
- Support customer and third-party audits, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Promote continuous improvement in food safety and quality processes across the facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in food safety or quality within a food manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, USDA/FDA regulations, and related quality systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Passion for driving safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
