What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Change Management position at Pacific International Executive Search?
Pacific International has been retained on a Director of Change Management search with a high growth and fast-paced organization within industrial manufacturing.
The company is searching for a proven change management professional who can lead all internal communications strategies, the roadmap for change and will bring all business units together. This leader will directly partner with the CHRO and Executive Leadership team for the group. It will be important to communicate company goals and ensure engagement amongst all employees and stakeholders. The company are growing exponentially and someone who has operated in high change will be advantageous - acquistions, new product launches, IPO, etc.
Effective written and oral communication experience and interpersonal skills are critical for this individual to succeed. The ideal candidate must have experience working with regional teams and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment where their ability to influence upward will be tested daily.
This is a great opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership at the highest level to formulate and execute the organization’s strategic visions. The strategic importance and enterprise visibility of this role will open many doors for advancement within the company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Has completed a Bachelor’s Degree
- Has operated in industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Proven experience leading change management for an organization
- Has led internal communications strategy for a business unit or functions
- Strategic communication experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Ability to influence and has navigated complex, matrixed organisations
