This senior executive role leads a high-performing team, drives revenue, develops key client relationships, and shapes the hotel’s strategic direction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Sales & Catering Managers and hourly Coordinators.
- Drive group, corporate, SMERFE, and catering revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and event plans.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- 5-7 years of progressive hotel sales and catering leadership experience, including executive-level management.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing large budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula market a plus.
- $150,000-$210,000 salary range
