- Assistguests with skate rentals, fittings, and returns.
- Verify and collect guest waivers before rink entry.
- Keep rental and return areas organized and clean.
- Monitorequipment condition and report damage or maintenance needs.
- Provide outstanding guest service with efficiency and warmth.
- Strong customer service skills and positiveattitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Team player with strong communicationand multitasking skills.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during the event season.
