Entry Level Client Account Representative

Position Summary

Pacific Horizons Collective Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Client Account Representative to support customer acquisition campaigns and client account initiatives throughout the Los Angeles area.

This position focuses on customer engagement, account support, campaign coordination, and representing client brands during in-person marketing events and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers during live campaigns and events
• Provide information regarding client products and services
• Assist customers with account setup and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support campaign activities and customer outreach efforts
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist with event preparation and campaign logistics
