We are a rapidly growing, physician-led healthcare management organization seeking a Scheduler to coordinate provider schedules across multiple hospitals and service lines. Location: El Segundo, CA
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate bonus, 401(k), and paid health benefits
Work Environment: In office, dynamic, team-oriented, and collaborative
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage centralized physician scheduling databases across multiple sites
- Track and process monthly schedule requests and updates
- Communicate with physicians regarding scheduling policies, shift coverage, and schedule changes
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation for urgent schedule adjustments
- Support special projects and other scheduling-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare or medical scheduling experience a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Customer service–oriented with a flexible and positive approach
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
- Prior experience with scheduling software or provider scheduling systems strongly preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
