POSITION REPORTS TO: Purchasing Manager
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES: None
STATUS: Full-time; FLSA Non-Exempt
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Prepares high-quality equipment for customer delivery while maintaining an organized equipment yard, working safely, and demonstrating teamwork, integrity, and pride in their work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Always properly use the appropriate PPE for intended use and application
- Operates forklift equipment
- Routinely and effectively communicate progress, updates, and issues to Supervisor
- Pull and Prep Orders for shipment
- Interpret Work Orders and Pull Stock Accordingly
- Operates motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, impact drivers
- Prepare and stage equipment to be loaded on trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard. Breakdown wire rope reels.
- Load and unload items and equipment on trucks
- Operate pressure washer and maintains washpad and related equipment
- Maintain bin locations
- Occasionally drive company vehicle to deliver to local customers
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL FACTORS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods and regularly walk throughout the workday.
- Use hands to handle materials and equipment, maintain balance, and bend and reach with hands and arms.
- Operate foot pedals as required.
- Communicate effectively through speaking and hearing.
- Occasionally climb ladders, sit, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl
- Have close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
