Role Description
The Training & Simulation Specialist, Expert will design, deliver, and evaluate employee training programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance. Responsibilities include developing instructional materials, utilizing simulation tools effectively, facilitating workshops, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This is a full-time on-site role located in Rocklin, CA, requiring collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to meet training needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
- Excellent Communication skills to convey information effectively
- Customer Service experience to ensure positive interactions with learners and stakeholders
- Ability to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions
- Proficiency in using simulation tools and learning technologies is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant professional experience in training or related fields
