We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy independent female owned family medicine clinic. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can successfully manage multiple priorities while ensuring efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, and strong support for 2 providers and 5 staff.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and technical skills. This individual will work closely with physicians, staff, vendors, insurance companies, and IT professionals to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and continues to provide outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical clinic.
- Maintain clinic schedules and coordinate provider calendars.
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility need.
- Supervise, support, and mentor clinic staff.
- Process payroll accurately and timely in QuickBooks Payroll.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
- Foster a positive, professional team environment.
- Ensure compliance with payer regulations and documentation requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendor.
- Coordinate software updates, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.
- Assist providers and staff with technology implementation and problem resolution.
- Coordinate system upgrades and equipment replacement projects.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations.
- Maintain clinic policies, documentation, and required certifications.
- Negotiate and monitor vendor and insurance contracts when appropriate.
- Monitor office expenses, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Order office and medical supplies and vaccines.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Manage contracts, licenses, and clinic documentation.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
