YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Parking Lot Maintenance Crew Lead, you take pride in leading a team to ensure every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Your day includes preparing work areas by shoveling, raking, and sweeping, overseeing set-up and clean-up tasks, and directing traffic to maintain a safe work environment. You monitor supply temperatures, provide labor support, and ensure that equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. You're a self-starter who works independently but also communicates effectively with your team.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- MUST have minimum 1 years of experience in asphalt maintenance
- Great communication skills
- Experienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the project
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markings
- Willingness to work outdoors and in all types of weather
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform other pavement-related services
- Ability to apply sealer by broom and spray application
- Ability to use gas power tools and power tools
- Ability to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when needed
- Ability to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred
