Position Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract documentation and compliance from initial customer agreement. This role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and some basic knowledge of construction contract principles, particularly in the remodeling and exteriors industry.
General daily tasks include:
- Review and process customer contracts and project credits.
- Coordinate with sales, project managers, and finance to ensure contract terms are correctly documented, comply with company policies and pricing, and identify and escalate contract risks or discrepancies for resolution.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in CRM and project management software.
- Support the receivables function in collecting balances, answering basic invoice questions, and routing customers to the Accounting Assistant
- Submission of project related details to various tracking portals
- Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of exteriors (roofing, siding, windows) is a strong plus.

Pay range: $26.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
