Role Description
We are seeking a Resort Creative Director for a full-time, on-site role at one of our top luxury resort studios in Wailea, HI.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and growing bookings, resort partnerships, and sales opportunities. This is a customer- and company-focused role, requiring the ability to consistently hit sales targets and exceed service expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in hotel/resort sales and leadership in Hawaii.
- Ability to think strategically.
This role also requires managing creative deliverables to ensure they align with Pacific Dream Photography’s high standards and luxury image. The Resort Creative Director will collaborate with a dynamic team and work closely with partners and stakeholders to support our vision and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Resort Sales and Customer Service
- Creative Sales Strategy with the ability to
- grow revenue.
- A creative eye with the ability to lead a team to execute high-quality galleries.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, with proficiency in group sales.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to guide a creative team and effectively interact with resort partners and customers.
- Ability to work on-site in Wailea, HI, and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced, high-end photography and luxury hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in luxury, hospitality a must. Photography-related industries is a plus.
