Key Responsibilities
Month-End Close Ownership
• Own key pieces of the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Audit & Financial Reporting
• Support our first-year audit, including preparing schedules and working directly with auditors
• Assist with revenue recognition processes related to our commission-based model
Process Improvement & ERP Implementation
• Help clean up and standardize accounting processes across acquired entities
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Play a key role in ERP system implementation and transition
Team Support & Mentorship
• Provide guidance and review of work performed by Staff Accountant(s)
• Assist in training and developing junior team members
• Promote accountability and consistency within the accounting function
• Partner with leadership on ad hoc projects and reporting needs
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3 to 6 years of accounting experience, either in public accounting or industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where not everything is fully built out yet
• Someone who takes ownership and follows things through
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions, not just complete assigned tasks
• Strong attention to detail without getting stuck in the weeds
• Experience supporting an audit is a plus

Target Base: $75,000-$95,000
Location: On Site, Eagle Idaho
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
