Position Summary:
A Pacific Counter Shift Leader is responsible for taking a leadership position on the givenshift they are working. A Shift Leader would be the main contact between guests & management. The main goal of a Shift Leader is to ensure shifts run as smooth as possible. They will give pre-shift direction, lead by example during a shift, and make sure shifts end according to shift change/closing guides. Shift Leaders are required to follow all aspects of the employee handbook, ensure food quality and portion size, follow safety regulations, work as a team, and most of all ensure positive guest experiences!
Part-time Shift Leaders are expected to work between 15-25 hours per week, while full-time Shift Leaders must work between 30- 40 hours per week. Additional responsibilities our Shift Leaders may be expected to take on include cleaning, monitoring and tracking inventory levels, and having a good time at work!
