- Location: near Oklahoma City, OK (compact state)
- Duration: As soon as credentialed for 3-6 month locums (option to extend)
- Schedule: flexible 2-4 weeks/month
- Shift: Monday-Friday – Clinic (8a-5p), OR (7a-5p), and call
- Call: rotating call, depending on availability
- Scope: Urology – clinic, OR, and call
- Cases:Overactive Bladder, Kidney/Bladder Stones, UTI, Pelvic Prolapse Repair, Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty, Pediatric Urology Procedures, Fertility Procedures, Adrenal Gland Procedures, Prostate Cancer Treatment, Prostate Procedures, Genital and Pelvic Reconstruction, Sperm Retrieval Procedures, Vasectomy, Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy, Partial Orchiectomy, Radical Orchiectomy, Adrenal Insufficiency, Testicular Cancer Treatment
- EMR: Allscripts
- Hospital: Level 3 trauma
- Group/support: 3 Urologists, 1 NP
- Community: Located 1 hour from major international airport
- Credentialing: Quick! Temps available in 30-45 days
- Require: BC/BE, Active OK License preferred but open to IMLC Compact license, OBNDD, DEA
- 1099 Independent Contract
