Position Highlights
- True 4-day workweek with four 10-hour clinic days
- Average of just 16 patients per day with one-hour new patient visits and 30-minute follow-ups
- Comprehensive oncology program with 18 infusion chairs and certified oncology nurses
- Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards with strong oncology surgery and hematopathology support
- Inpatient chemotherapy managed by hospitalists with oncology consultation support
- 24/7 access to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for complex case consultation
- Serve patients from across the entire state of Alaska, including Native populations
- Modern 176-bed Level II Trauma Center with 11 operating rooms, 4-OR ambulatory surgery center, and Cerner EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual income guarantee up to $820,000
- Productivity bonus based on billable encounters
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance paid within 30 days of signing
- $25,000 annual tax-free student loan repayment
